WHAT’S NEW AT LEPAGE MILLWORK
- Triple glazing now available for Casement, Awning and Fixed Windows. This option features 2-1/4" thick sash with a 1-1/4" thick insulating glass unit. This is also available for the Weight & Chain Double Hung as this window already incorporates a 2-1/4" thick sash. SDL grilles are available with this option.
- All Casement & Awning Windows are now standard with multi-point locking hardware. A single locking lever locks sash at 2 or 3 points depending on window height.
- Wood interior screen option for Casement & Awning Windows. This option features an aluminum screen frame with a solid thick wood frame that gets applied to aluminum frame after it is finished in the field. Once finished, the screen becomes invisible. Additionally the wood frame mimics the same glass sightline as the sash.
- New acrylic exterior paint finish for wood windows. Will match aluminum cladding in color and sheen. Great for projects in which you want wood frames and clad sash.
- Modified aluminum flat casing trim option. The corners are no longer mitered, but are now butt jointed to simulate actual wood trim.
- Expanded aluminum sill nose options for windows. The sill nose trim is now a separate piece to be added to the window. You now have a choice of a 1" sill nose profile or a 2" historic sill nose profile. Both of these options allow you to incorporate extended sill horns with color matched end caps.
